Your information is used only for booking confirmation, customer support, and safety compliance. We send marketing emails or texts only if you explicitly opt in, and you may opt out at any time.
3. Payment security
All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers. We never store raw credit card numbers on Bushwacker Paintball servers.
4. Data retention
Booking history, waivers, and invoices are retained for legal and insurance requirements for up to seven years. Lead forms that do not convert are purged annually.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared only with referees, insurance providers, or law enforcement when legally required.
