Open Positions

Run the game, enforce safety rules, and keep the energy high on the field. The line between chaos and competition.

First point of contact for players. Handle check-ins, equipment rentals, paint sales, and keep the staging area running smoothly.

Perfect for students or those looking for weekend work. Our core operations run Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Rules & Orientation: Brief each group on game rules and safety before every session.
Refereeing: Run multiple games simultaneously, calling hits and mediating disputes.
Air Fills: Fill HPA and CO₂ tanks between games.
Equipment: Hand out and receive rental markers, masks, and gear each session.
Cleaning: Clean and inspect rental equipment after every use.
Garbage & Recycling: Empty field-side bins throughout the day.
End of Day: Clean up the field area and lock containers before closing.

Check-Ins / Check-Outs: Process player arrivals, verify bookings, and handle departures.
Concession Sales: Serve snacks and drinks; stock and maintain the concession area.
Till Open / Close: Open and close the till accurately at the start and end of each day.
Equipment: Hand out and receive rental gear; track inventory.
Air Fills: Fill HPA and CO₂ tanks as needed.
Cleaning: Clean rental equipment after sessions.
Phone: Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries.
End of Day: Clean the concession building before closing.
