Terms of Service
These terms describe the relationship between Bushwacker Paintball Games and every player, guest, or customer that interacts with our fields, bookings, and digital experiences.
1. Acceptance of terms
By booking a session, purchasing products, or accessing any Bushwacker Paintball digital property, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to abide by these terms and all posted field rules.
2. Services and availability
We reserve the right to adjust offerings, pricing, schedules, and equipment availability at any time. Mission availability is first-come, first-served, and is only confirmed once you receive written booking confirmation.
3. Payments and refunds
Deposits or full payments may be required to secure bookings. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled event. Weather delays may be rebooked at our discretion.
4. Participant responsibilities
All players must sign a liability waiver, follow referee instructions, and wear provided safety gear. We may remove any participant who disregards safety protocols without refund.
5. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, photography, and mission documentation remain the exclusive property of Bushwacker Paintball and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bushwacker Paintball is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or digital properties.
7. Updates
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
